3. Eligibility
To use EHiveX, you must:

- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws

Access to purchased content is a license, not ownership.
7. Payments & Pricing
When you purchase content or services:

All payments are processed through authorized third‑party payment providers.

8. Content Licensing
When instructors publish content on EHiveX, they grant us a license to:
- Host, display, distribute, and promote the content
- Use the content for marketing and platform improvement
- Provide access to students who purchase or enroll
- Instructors retain all intellectual property rights to their content for a period of three years from the date of publication and get revenew as per terms of EHiveX.
- Upon the expiration of this three-year period, all ownership rights, titles, and interests in the content will transfer exclusively to EHiveX, with revenue sharing at the sole discretion of EHiveX.
Students receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access content for personal learning only.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Break any laws
- Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Interfere with platform operations
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system
- Impersonate others
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All EHiveX branding, logos, platform features, and technology are owned by EHiveX Global Ltd. You may not:
