7. Payments & Pricing

When you purchase content or services:

8. Content Licensing

When instructors publish content on EHiveX, they grant us a license to:

• Provide access to students who purchase or enroll

• Instructors retain all intellectual property rights to their content for a period of three years from the date of publication and get revenew as per terms of EHiveX.
• Upon the expiration of this three-year period, all ownership rights, titles, and interests in the content will transfer exclusively to EHiveX, with revenue sharing at the sole discretion of EHiveX.

Students receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access content for personal learning only.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Break any laws


• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content


• Interfere with platform operations


• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system


• Impersonate others


• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
